Since the 10th November 2010 (license n. ŠSOH-2010/02592-2), BOCH is authorized for the trading, broking and transport of non dangerous waste, according to the EU regulation.
The latest authorisations were issued the 28th March 2023 by the Department of Environmental Protection of the Discritc of Poprad, Slovak Republic, license n. OU-PP-OSZP-2023/011730-002. Authorization link
